Presentation Format

Oral presentations​

The following oral presentation formats should be respected:​

• Plenary oral presentation: 25 min + 5 min of questions​
• Invited oral presentation: 15 min + 3 min of questions​
• Regular oral presentation: 10 min + 3 min of questions​
• Sponsor oral presentation: 10 min + 3 min of questions​
• Flash presentation: Flash presenters are asked to summarise their work on a unique slide for a one-minute presentation. Due to schedule constraints, we kindly ask you to:​
  • prepare your slide in a MS PowerPoint or PDF file​
  • name the file as follows: Name-Surname-FP​
  • send/hand over your slide:​
    • To the organization team at the conference venue before the 18^th August​
    • By email to  before the conference start day (if possible)​

Speakers are requested to upload their presentation before the beginning of their session.​

​Poster presentations​
Posters should be prepared respecting A1 format (59.4 cm x 84.1 cm) in portrait orientation.​
