Declaration of consent to the processing of personal data

In connection with joining the 20^th European Conference on Spectroscopy of Biological Molecules (ECSBM2024) I acknowledge that:

3. Your personal data is processed in order to register participation in the 20^th European Conference on Spectroscopy of Biological Molecules 2024, communicate with participants to organize a conference, and document its course.
4. The legal basis for the processing of personal data is Art. 6 par. 1a of the General Data Protection Regulation GDPR (the consent to the processing of personal data was confirmed by you yourself).
5. You may withdraw your consent at any time - which does not affect the legality of the processing carried out prior to its withdrawal.

Personal data provided by you, processed in connection with participation in the 20^th European Conference on Spectroscopy of Biological Molecules 2024, will be processed during the period of storage of the financial and accounting documentation of the 20^th European Conference on Spectroscopy of Biological Molecules 2024.
7. Providing data is voluntary, but necessary to achieve the goals for which they were collected.
